The one thing we can't escape in this life is the impact of gravity on our spine. This Pilates Basics class focuses on improving posture through balance, powering up the core, building functional strength and increasing flexibility. The exercises are meant to be versatile, evolving, safely experimental and fun. Improve circulation, breathing and overall vitality.
